    NO they just cause cavities if you don’t brush good after wards, and yes they are addicting!!

    All good things are bad in some way! They’re fat free, but have lots of sugar in them, as well as calories, sodium, and carbs. Eat them in moderation! They’re addicting because they’re so damn yummy! :)
