Try dictionary.com it has a bunch of languages to choose from.

An automatic or web translator will give you a pile of rubbish, if anything at all. So here’s my version:

Du är en skatt. (You are a treasure – I might use ‘Du är en gåva’ = you are a gift, it sounds a little better, or maybe “Du är min skatt” = you are my treasure)
Ett hjärta fullt med kärlek (A heart full of love)
Du är speciell (You are special) och en gåva från Gud (and a gift from god)
(I don’t quite understand the english for the ‘all to bestow’ part, so I’ll leave that out)
Jag älskar dig (I love you)
Grandpa is tricky: you are Farfar if you are her dad’s dad, and Morfar if you are her mum’s father.

    Cut and pasteable version:
    Du är en skatt
    Ett hjärta fullt med kärlek
Du är speciell och en gåva från gud
    Jag älskar dig
    Farfar (Or Morfar)
