Grill or poach the fish and make a tomatoe based sauce to pour either over or serve in a dish on the side. Most swedish fish dishes are served with boiled mashed potato and for the main part quite salty

    Torsk

    1 leek
    Torsk fillet, 400 g (2 servings)
    Fresh mushrooms
    Fresh or frozen dill
    Salt
    White pepper
    Curry powder
    Tomato puree
    Fresh cream

    Directions:
Place cut-up leek in bottom of glass baking pan; add torsk, cut-up fresh mushrooms, dill, with a pinch each of salt, pepper, curry powder. Cover with tomato puree thinned with cream. Bake in a 325 to 350 degree oven until fish is fork-tender

You want the candy recipe? I’m assuming it would be similar to the recipe to make gummy bears by scratch. Get yourself a good mold (search google for candy making molds)… and follow this basic recipe for gummy bears:

    Ingredients:
    1 package flavored gelatin powder
7 packages gelatin powder, unsweetened, unflavored
    1/2 cup cold water

    Directions:

In a small saucepan, mix flavored and unflavored gelatin. Stir it up. Pour cold water in, stir with spatula until you have a messy blob. Turn heat on medium, melt blob. Stir until blob is melted. Pour into bear molds. Stick in freezer for 10 minutes to cool.
