Which are the most under-rated international Music bands ever of the last 25 years?

My pick would be ‘Roxette’ & ‘A-ha’. Roxette would be the most talented & gifted couple Ever. And what can i say about A-ha, that is considered one hit wonders in America. Those Americans, they are so self centered, they think they understand music.
