Would universities accept Swedish as a foreign language?

My application asks me if I am fluent in any foreign languages, and I am in Swedish. (I’m American). Should I put it down?

    Yes, for sure. Being fluent in ANY other language will be helpful (although maybe ASL and Esperanto not as much).
